Protection against deleted data
Google Workspace is not a backup. A deleted file leaves the bin after 30 days and then nobody gets it back — not even Google support.
What we actually do
- Backup for Drive, Gmail and Calendar
- Agreeing how long backups are kept
- A restore we actually test, so you know it works before you need it
- Backups held outside Google, so they survive a problem on its side
